The main character, Linda, uses modern gadgets, such as a smartphone and digital video cameras to interact with various kinds of East Asian mythical ghosts, help her solve various puzzles in a deserted town. The game will feature both third and first-person control schemes, with the player navigating environments with a standard over-the-shoulder perspective, but it will shift to first person whenever the player decides to use their digital camera to photograph something. A recent preview video shows a tablet version of the game, where Linda is being controlled via touch interactions and the perspective is a fixed-camera view similar to Fatal Frame.
