Segments from the "The Biggest Loser: Power Walk" workout video: Four indoor walking workouts led by Bob Harper and previous "Biggest Loser" contestants. For motivation and interest, each workout features a different exercise technique (but you can always return to a "plain walking" option). Bob leads two segments.
