The Real Estate Law Center reviews of each individual case will help them to gather cases against an individual company. Rather than file a class action lawsuit, where the individuals receive very little money, the Real Estate Law Center cases can help the homeowner receive a significantly larger settlement. The homeowner pays for the prosecution of the case. The Real Estate Law center reviews each case on its merits. Then all of those case are brought individually and collectively to the court. This forces the banks to either pay a reasonable amount or argue each case separately. Arguing hundreds of cases separately can be very expensive and time-consuming. For the banks, it can be a huge black eye in the media.
