Breaking Bad Season 5 Episode 8 - Gliding Over All - Video Review Recap Summary

Alright what's up guys so this will be a video review for the mid season finale of breaking bad season 5 which is called, 'gliding over all'. This will be the last episode of breaking bad in summer 2012 and next summer we will continue with 8 final episodes leading up to the conclusion of one of my favorite television series of all time. This was no doubt one of my favorite shows I have ever seen. Some people are upset that they need to wait until next summer to see the next half but me personally I am not actually. I think that since the show is ending I have no trouble with them taking their time to get it done and it will also allow us some more anticipation to maybe watch some of the previous episodes from the first 4 seasons. As far as I know they are still referring to next summer's episodes as season 5 and not calling it season 6. There will not be a season 6 for breaking bad ever. It will end next summer in 2013. Either way through this show is completely and totally epic and I love absolutely every part of it. The character change in Walter White or Heisenberg has been completely unbelievable. In this episode we actually see him order the murder of 9 prison inmates (Mike's men really) in order to conceal his identity and protect himself. This is the most Walt has ever done to protect himself and I truly see him as 100 percent evil at this point. He is no longer the good guy and hasn't been for a very long time. He has killed many people at this point to benefit himself and keep himself safe from both other dangerous dealers and the police themselves.

Spoiler warning below!

So probably the most exciting part of this episode for me was when Walt told Skylar that he is out. Completely and totally out. I however do not and can not believe that. I think he is lying to her as I do not think there is any out for heisenberg at this point. I don't think he can go back to just living a normal life regardless of how much money he has. Even if it's in piles in a storage garage. I did like however that Walter White WW gave Jessie his cut of the money like he should have done originally. That was great of him. In the end we see Hank finally put the pieces of the puzzle together and come to the realization that WW also stands for Walter White and he sees him in his own mind tell himself oh you caught me. I do not think he is 100% certain at this point that he is or not but I think he realizes it could be a possibility and of course look for him to bring it up with Walter at the very beginning of the next season. Well I hope you guys enjoyed breaking bad season 5 as much as I did. I absolutely thought it was stellar and can't wait for the final season coming in summer 2013. I am giving breaking bad season 5 episode 8 gliding over all a 8.5 out of 10. It is a great season finale but not quite as good as season 4's and the death of gus fring. .
