Two new switches, at least new to me, plus a view of the Anatomy of a Mountain ride and Heaven's Teardrop. If you don't love switch technology, move along - this one's definitely for switch nerds.
The first switch is a delay: you'll either continue on your way automatically after a certain time period, or can pick one of two destinations. With more jiggery-pokery (adding levers, etc.) you could add more destinations.
The second is a little piston switch I've been developing. It has a funny need for a delay. This problem could be avoided by simply putting the pistons behind the rider instead of under the buttons - I'll do that next time I need to make a switch.
One little subtlety of this second switch is that the sloped rail exiting to the left smoothly slides downhill. However, when the piston is pushed forward (the gate is closed), the sloped rail actually becomes disconnected from the launch rail. When the piston pulls back the two immediately get connected.
