Actor, producer and director Clint Eastwood was revealed as the Republican National Convention's "Mystery Speaker" Thursday night, talking to the crowd about the need for change and supporting presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Eastwood addresses the 2012 RNC (Republican National Convention) in a speech where occasionally he will speak to an invisible Barack Obama sitting on a chair. It was very entertaining to say the least, and at times very funny, but was that their intent? I don't think it ever crossed his mind to create a new internet meme, but could it all have been a ploy to create a big buzz around his speech, and Mitt Romney? Maybe not, maybe he's just very old and he thought the type of speech idea a fifth grader would come up with. Either way I still love the man, what are your thoughts?

This Republican National Convention is a gathering of Republicans to talk about their ideas, nominate the candidate for the presidency, and for speeches by people basically praising the possible future president (and at times, many times, trashing the opposition, the Democrats).

It's pretty sad that I know more about American Politics than Colombian politics, or even Canadian politics. But I blame Philip DeFranco and SourceFed.
