One of the most common misconceptions when dabbling with penny stocks is the definition of "cheap." A stock with a $.0001 price-per-share is not necessarily "cheaper" than a stock with a $.02 price-per-share. A stock's possible future performance is linked directly to the stock's share structure. A good analogy is 20 people in a small swimming pool vs. 20 people in the entire Atlantic Ocean. Waves in the pool will noticeably pop and flop. Waves in the ocean won't even be noticeable because of the vastness of the ocean. Speculative investors interested in penny stocks should always take Outstanding Shares ("OS"), Float and Authorized Shares ("AS") into consideration when evaluating risk. I hope that you enjoy this video! I try to explain stock share structure in a common-sense language. This should not be considered a recommendation to buy or sell a security. I'm sharing it for entertainment purposes only. I hope that you enjoy this video and please feel free to check out my other videos too! I've included a playlist link below.
