Andy's HD Driving videos around Derby, Derbyshire, UK :
Are you an ex-pat of Derby, feeling homesick? Or perhaps you just want a clear way of giving someone directions to a location in Derby or just want to show people your Derby Street. Well in this video and the many others I have made, you will be able to take a virtual drive around the city of Derby's streets as though you were in the driving seat. I use a dash-mounted camera, Traffic lights and heavy traffic have been edited out.

*** This video is not real-time, it is time-lapse ***

This video shows a trip around Derby's Inner ring Road as it stands in July 2009, in a few months from now this route will change as the final section of the ring road is completed, connecting Stafford Street with the top of Bradshaw Way.
The final sections will be named Lara Croft Way and Mercian Way.

This is part of the Β£36.2m Connecting Derby scheme. Streets that are in the path of the new section such as Wilson Street, Gerard Street, Forester Street, Wilmot street and Sacheverel streets become culs-de-sacs.

YOU can name the final part of the inner ring road as you can see here :
