Sam Calagione recently teamed up with renowned West Coast chef Adam Dulye to brew a beer that celebrates James Beard and his passion for using local ingredients. As Sam says, Beard was a "locavore before locavore was cool." This beer will be served on draft at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach, Del. It'll be available until it's gone.
