Directions

1. Open up a new document with a black background.

2. Click the "Text" tool and type whatever you want.

3. Click "Transfrom to Selection".

4. Go to "Selection" and click on "Expand".

5. Expand to about 10 or more if you want. Click "Ok".

6. Right click and go to "Stroke and Fill".

7. Make the 'Color' white and 'Width' 5. Click "Ok".

8. Go to "Filter", down to "Stylize", then "Progressive contour".

9. Make the 'Width' 20 and 'Color' white. Make sure the "Outside' box is unchecked and
the 'Opacity' is 100%. The "Effect" should be on 'Blur.

10. Repeat Step 8. Make the 'Width' 50 and 'Color' white. Make sure the 'Outside' box is checked and the 'Opacity' is 100%. Click "Ok".

11. Repeat Step 8 again. Make the 'Width' 30 and 'Color' black. Make sure the 'Outside' box is checked and the 'Opacity' is 100%. The "Effect" should be on 'Diffuse'.

12. Click the "Text" tool and click "Transform to Selection".

13. Click on the "Spray Tool" and click on the color black and spray the text.

14. Choose the color white and spray over it but not too much.

15. Click "Hide Selection". AND YOUR DONE!!!!
