They have printed street and building banners of the World War and display them along Main Street. These create walking tours for visitors and locals to enjoy Chelsea and it's history. The District Library has local artifacts on display also. The event started with the ribbon cutting on July 30th at the Library and will end on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2016.
