Meet Marco - one of the robots I built based on my RoboProp advanced robot controller board.
Marco is based on the Rover-5 dual motor / dual encoder platform by Dagu; I added a Styrene deck for RoboProp and a scanning LIDAR head based on a Sharp 20cm-150cm (~8in-5ft) analog distance sensor. I am also uploading a video shoing the LIDAR in action. RoboProp is designed to fit the Parallax Boe-Bot, and various Dagu and Arduino oriented platforms.
