When Phoebe was 5-years-old, she saw homeless people on the way to school. She was sad. So she started asking questions like, "Why do they look so sad" and "How can we help them?" Watch this video to see how Phoebe's goal of collecting aluminum cans to raise $1,000 for the San Francisco Food Bank created an amazing ripple effect.
