No, Lewis. Its pandering. Plain & Simple. The demographic does not matter when you're in a bind to recoup & try and get your readers back while pulling an urban market angle. Good on them if they're branching out, but don't act like this is some new progressive move on publisher's parts to be more "inclusive" by portraying other minorities as superheroes and literally shoving them in our face just to show us they can & are capable of it.

Example: I never cared about Donald Glover's skin color when he said years ago that he'd like to play Spiderman. I thought him playing spiderman would be great because his acting and comedic talents gave me great joy & laughter when I watched him on Community. And he'd make a great Peter Parker.
