Just some clips from a pull day workout. I typically aim for around 5 total exercises at 3 sets each. This allows me to get a good lift in while keeping my workouts short and to the point. For each Push/Pull/Leg day I have 2 different workouts. The main exercises typically stay the same but sometimes I'll thrown in other assistance work.
