The only thing that would make these better is if I had fried them! Which I will definitely do next time!

These jalapeño poppers are sure to be a HIT at your Super Bowl Party this weekend! They're so simple to make and taste delicious!

All you need to make these tasty appetizers is

6-8 Large jalapeño peppers
1 Package of softened cream cheese
1/2 Cup sharp cheddar cheese

For the most flavorful poppers, add your favorite seasoning blend!

▸The more seeds & membrane you leave in your peppers, the spicier they'll be!

▸ When you wrap your bacon, place the "seam" on the bottom of your popper so that when you bake them, the bacon doesn't come off.

▸ Freeze your poppers for about 20 minutes before you bake them. This helps keep most of the cheese filing from bubbling out.

▸ After your bacon is cooked through, broil your poppers for a couple minutes to crisp everything up!
