National Transportation Safety Board Northwest Regional Office Chief Debra Eckrote says they will be focusing on locating the flight data recorder after a stolen Horizon plane crashed on Ketron Island in Pierce County Friday night.

A Horizon worker stole an empty plane from Sea-Tac Airport Friday and flew for more than an hour before crashing onto a small Pierce County island.
