Thanh Nguyen, MPA 2006, is a senior lecturer of public policy at the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam. "My ambition is to make some impact on public policy in Vietnam," says Thanh. "Critical thinking is the key to development."

Harvard Kennedy School in the World is a series of five short video stories about our alumni's work across the globe. Three Kennedy School students followed their graduation by spending the summer capturing the impact and reach of the diverse work of seven alumni in India, Georgia, Serbia, Washington DC and Vietnam. Many thanks to the three filmmakers: Eleni Andreadis, Steve Grove, and Scott Taylor, all MPP 2006.
