"I took instrumental passages and single sounds from the "My Father..." album and tortured them and stretched them and added other sounds and orchestrations and strangled that mess until it was forced into a new form called "Look At Me Go". The process was similar to what I did with my Body Lovers/Body Haters project. In a sense this is actually The Body lovers #2 of 3. Additional contributions to this piece of music were generously provided by Jason La Farge (strings) Hunter Hunt Hendrix (guitar) Kristoph Hahn (guitar) )and Brian Carpenter (horns)... in addition I mumbled and bleated here and there. Any number of sounds were wrestled from various animate and inanimate sources. This was mixed/mangled/compiled/composed/abused at Seizure's Palace -- Jason La Farge engineer and at Marcata Studio -- Kevin McMahon engineer." M. Gira
