Namaaste Kitchen specialises in modern and healthy Indian cooking that boasts style, ambience and hospitality in authentic Indian and Pakistani grills, prepared in the restaurant's spectacular show kitchen in full view of diners.
Since opening in 2010, it has established itself as one of the best Indian restaurants in London and has received glowing reviews in The Telegraph, The Guardian and the Evening Standard, as well as finalist for 'Best Newcomer' in the prestigious British Curry Awards.
In addition, we were very fortunate that, BBC NEWS, World Service & BBC Radio 4 has done series of documentary coverage on me about my lifestyle as working as a World Wide Cabin Crew for British Airways and for my success behind the creativity of Salaam Namaste & Namaaste Kitchen.
BBC News-Jane Mower also covered a documentary for our success on creating an Olympic themed menu for tourists visiting UK, so can get a taste of a cosmopolitan Great Britain.This was followed by many National & International coverage like, French Magazine Le Capitol, Radio Romania, Indian Chanel and many International Newspapers & radio.
Namaaste Kitchen opens seven days a week, and has a cool 'destination' bar where bar snacks, cocktails and an all-day menu are served. The restaurant's full menu is available to takeaway or for delivery in the Camden area.
The theatrical open kitchen at Namaaste Kitchen allows guests to see their food expertly cooked before their very eyes in the tandoor (traditional clay oven), the sigri (coal-fired stove) and the tawa (hot iron griddle). Two fantastic 'chefs' tables', seating a maximum of eight persons, flank the grill area -- perfect for those who wish to see all the action in the kitchen.
Namaaste Kitchen's uses only the best quality spices for its marinades and the finest seasonal ingredients. In addition to the Indian and Pakistani grills, it also offers an extensive menu of modern and traditional curries and biryanis.
The restaurant warmly welcomes diners with special dietary requirements. A delicious range of gluten-free, vegan and halal options is available at all times.
Namaaste Kitchen prides itself on offering authentic dishes from all over India that cannot be found elsewhere in UK. Every month, the restaurant offers guests a menu of specials drawn from a different region of India such as Goa, Mumbai or Kerala as part of its Regional Food Festival.
Parties and Private Dining
The restaurant boasts a stylish private dining room seating 16 guests. For parties of up to 70 people, it is possible to hire the entire dining room for exclusive use.
Namaaste Kitchen is located on Parkway in Camden, London NW1. It is just minutes from the bars, clubs and music venues of Camden, and is conveniently close to the transport hub of King's Cross and St Pancras International, to fashionable Primrose Hill and to Regent's Park.
