In the past the deceased have won elections, but in West Virgina a convicted felon trailed President Obama in the state's Democratic primary. Keith Judd, who is serving a 17 and a half year prison sentence, took 41 percent of West Virginia's democratic primary votes, but couldn't beat Obama's 59 percent. Ann Larson, activist for Occupy Student Debt Campaign, joins us for more on Obama.
