How to prepare mullet for frying. No skin, no bones, no problem. You will need a razor sharp knife, I use a Old Hickory knife. A cutting board on a solid table, which you can see I didnt have a very solid table at that time. Your gonna need some time and practice as well to get get as close as possible to the backbone and the skin so you save as much meat as possible. Now when I do this I recommend 4 to 6 Long Island Tea cocktails or 8 to 10 Captain Morgans with a splash of sprite before cleaning your catch. This way when you slip up and that razor sharp knife knocks your thumb and all four fingers over in the grass you won't feel a thing. Cheers!
