Hi, everyone! Despite the fact that I look more like Rafiki for the majority of this video (-_-), this look was a lot of fun. This is my second attempt at using theatrical makeup and my first voice over video, so I wouldn't expect either to be anywhere near perfect. I hope you all enjoy the look! It made me quite nostalgic.. Lion King has always been one of my favorite Disney movies, and Scar is such a sly and witty character. Forget the Disney princesses, behold the badassery that is Scar!
Much love from a monkey's uncle, Wouldmewkindly
FACE: Spirit Halloween "Carnival Colors" grease makeup in Black, White, Red, and Yellow. This set did not come with an orange, so I mixed red, yellow, and a tiny bit of black to create my own color. It turns out quite bright, but can be toned down with a bronzer as shown in this video. Wet 'n Wild Bronzer in "Goddess"
Eyes: E.L.F. Liquid Liner in "Black" Urban Decay eye shadows from the Naked Palette in "Dark Horse" (entire lid, lower lash line, and nose contour), "Creep" (fake lid all-over color), "Naked" (scar highlight color), "Smog" (I lost my footage here, but I used this dark golden color on my brow bone to blend out the white liner from my fake eye lid crease) Too Faced eye shadow in "Stiletto" (scar shadows) Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in "Zero" (Also lost this clip but I filled in my water line and any lash gaps with black pencil liner)
Thank you as always for watching. I'm always available for convo via comment, pm, or any of these...
