Suffering is necessary. In my experience, depression and anxiety has made me a stronger person in the long run. The pain you/I experienced is indescribable. In this video I just want to tell you that you will come out of this and once you do, you will be one hell of a great human being.
I had a great job. Now I don't have a job because I was laid off. I've said it before and I'll say it again - You CANNOT predict the future. I thought I would be with this company for years to come but clearly it just wasn't meant to be. It's so interesting how certain events happen at certain times in life. In this video I talk about how I'm keeping my chin up and why losing this job will be better for my in the long run. Looking back at this moment, I should have taken more time to "grieve" and acknowledge that it was a terrible situation. It's important to change perspectives and look at the positive too but the reality is, losing my job wasn't a fun experience.
