Dr. Erran Carmel, Professor of Information Technology at American University | Mr. Carmel studies the globalization of technology work. He studies global teams, offshoring of information technology, new kinds of global sourcing, and the emergence of software industries around the world. He is a tenured full Professor at the Information Technology department, Kogod School of Business at American University.
