@TheOutlawable....go to musicstack(dot)com & run a search for LAIDLAW, they usually have a few copies of "First Big Picnic" for sale!! @theregoesherschel......that was Buzzy James making that beautiful noise!! Sadly, LAIDLAW is no longer w/ Buzzy leaving in 2005 to pursue a solo career!! Craig DeFalco relocated to Houston TX & started a whole new version of Laidlaw. They released one killer album in 2006 called "The Foam Box Sessions", it is available at laid-law(dot)com for $6 + s/h! 
I saw Van Halen (with Hagar) in Atlanta in 2004 and this was the opening act. I have never heard of them before but they opened with this song and I was BLOWN AWAY. That opening guitar to kick the night off was incredible. Honestly, they might've played even louder than Van Halen did. So glad this song made it to youtube.
