The second part of my Metabolic Workout for the April 2011 practice dial-in, shot at True Fitness in Mumbai. There is an 18 minute warm-up, followed by 3 blocs of 4 exercises. Each bloc is repeated 3 times, doing each exercise for 40 seconds, as many reps as physically possible, followed by a quick 20 second break before moving on. After 3 full cycles, take a 3 minute break before the next bloc. It should take 45 min for the Workout, plus 18 minutes for the warm up.
