that is a side of beef... not a whole beef... on top of that he did not make short ribs.... he didn't make flat irons/blade steaks he didnt make a cross rib roast.. he didn't cut the chuck into roasts and steaks..he ruined the chances of making a 7 bone roast. he didn't save the mock tender... he didn't cut out the brisket... he didn't leave a tail on the rib-eye, AND ruined any chance of making a prime rib roast...(and this is just on the front quarter)..... this video title should read "Boning out a half a beef in under 13 min."  that is no big deal....he is fast but this is not fully processing the animal

this is the quality of work you should expect to receive when you take a steer in to get processed. complete garbage where 40-50% comes back ground instead of actual cuts. garbage work.

Tipping your from the US Zorbin? Get you guys like ya burgers but who in their right mind would waste a side of beef by running it through a mincer. Have farmed,slaughtered and processed beef and lamb over 25 years and if someone was going to do that then I wouldn't give it to them. Would sling them a few bucks and book em into cooking classes.

+John Vu 50 PROC.2/4 BEEF ITS NAMED front BEEF PART, HAM BACK BEEF PART .And what i saw this ir pron :D with meat . From part to all for me takjes 9 minutes back side beef ( ham) 6-8 minutes . I saw video its beather but a granate under beef. Its faster.
