Ingredients! Shan Mixed pickle/pachranga. Crushed half garlic and 1 inch ginger- half for potatoes and half for chole/chickpeas curry.

For chickpeas! 1ts salt, 1ts cumin seeds, 1 ½ ts crushed chillies, 1ts coriander powder, ½ ts turmeric and pinch of tantric/citric acid. Fennel seeds/saunf ½ ts, kalaunji/onion seeds ½ ts and fenugreek seeds/mythre 1/3rd ts. 2 cups chickpeas soaked overnight

For terka! little kalaunji and crushed chillies.

For potato gravy! Potatoes 8-10 small-md sz. 1ts salt, 1ts cumin seeds, 1 ½ ts crushed chillies, 1ts coriander powder, ½ ts turmeric and pinch of tantric/citric acid. Fennel seeds/saunf ½ ts, kalaunji/onion seeds ½ ts and fenugreek seeds/mythre 1/3rd ts.

Red food colouring (optional) for both the gravies.

Poori! 2 cups maida/ plain flour.1ts salt, 2tbs atta/chapatti flour. lukewarm water and little cooking oil. Make dough, rest it for 15 minutes
