Biloxi Public Works crews use a milling machine for the arduous task of removing several layers of asphalt from a downtown parking lot to ready the site for the move of the historic Slay House, which was donated to the city by the Al Copeland Estate. Final minute of the video shows the Slay House, which is currently at the corner of Reynoir and Jackson streets, south of Biloxi Regional Medical Center.
