Coconut Chia Seed Pudding
1 cup, coconut milk
3 tablespoons, chia seeds
2 tablespoons, honey (adjust to your likeness)
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Place in the refrigerator at least 2-3 hours, overnight is best. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
