This is an updated tutorial regarding fixing the eye movement on Garry's Mod models.

PLEASE be aware that decompiling is dangerous and can do damage to your model if you're not careful. Use decompiling as a last-ditch attempt if getting the source code is not possible. You've been warned.

THE BASIC POINT: Add these two lines near the end of the $model -modelname- function in the .qc file of a model:
flexcontroller eyes range -45 45 eyes_updown
flexcontroller eyes range -45 45 eyes_rightleft
Then recompile the model.
