Starbucks Chairman Howard Schultz gets it wrong when he tells a questioning shareholder that the openly carried guns are not loaded.
Shareholders questioned the inconsistent gun policy that allows guns in the workplace for barristas and store employees, while Starbucks executives work in a gun-free building. This makes no sense. Starbucks should change its policy to "no guns" allowed.
