LERAB LING Temple construction FRANCE 2004

I photographed the building of the Temple in Lerab Ling from 2003 onwards with the mission to make a book that would feature all of the traditional artists and builders who came to live and work among us in France,. There were many, from Nepal, India, Myanma, Sikkim, Tibet and a Polish construction team. The material is all in my archives. This slide show features the start of construction of the concrete building by the Polish crew, fresh from building Potsdamer Platz in Berlin.
