Whistle blower 's home, office and company accountantants (he's a plumber) are raided by City of London Police Counter Terrorism Directorate, whilst in custody he is brutalised by DS John Ellis (when Ellis is questioned at a later date he dosent deny it, he just cant remember & all cctv is wiped), Ian's home is professionally broken into and his court documents stolen. How could all this happen especially after Sussex Police looked at the matter and said the whole issue was Civil?
