At 57kg, this was nearly 2.5 times my body weight!! Get Your Arse in gear and hip thrust! This session was on an adrenaline-fueled high and a little competition with my training partner. I normall just do 3 sets of 5-8 reps with 80 - 100kg, but today I set a new PR! If this wasn't after a million front squats, and my quads weren't smoked, I'd say I'd manage 150kg next time! IT.WILL.HAPPEN! I know my form isn't perfect on the last set, but I was going for a MAX, so a little crappy form is allowed on such occasions.
