Doubleheaded HO scale Reading T-1's roll through downtown Scranton, PA. The train starts on Bridge 60 and passes many Scranton landmarks including Coney Island Texas Weiners, the express building and the bus depot.

The locomotives' sound chips were upgraded with Nick Kulp's actual T-1 bell and appliances recordings. Rob Davis modified the Loksound "chuff" profile to eliminate the backslap echo that stock engines make at slow speed. These modifications greatly enhance the sound of the models.

This video was shot by Robert John Davis on the Garden State Central Model Railroad Club, Inc. layout in Asbury Park, NJ in February 2009. The layout is being dismantled after 35 years as the club looks for a new home.

The 4-8-4 locomotives are PCM models and are seen running on a section of track modeled after the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western in Scranton. Today this route is run by the Delaware-Lackawanna, but in the model world it sees all sorts of trains.
