Greenwich Village Historical Society hosts a TOWN HALL tio discuss the ramifications of the stealth bill intro'd by NYS Assembly members Deborah Glick and Richard Gottfried, passed at 3AM in the morning of the night of the final session of the State legislature with out any public hearing or input. the bill will authorized the auction of air rights over a water-based , publicly owned park to real estate developers ostensibly to raise the monies the State and New York City have failed to pay to the Hudson River Park Trust for up keep , development and repair..
