It's okay to not be okay. And it's okay to feel the way you feel. For World Suicide Prevention Day I wanted to make a video for anyone who's ever been sad, depressed, or experienced suicidal thoughts.

My advice to someone battling suicidal thoughts is to reach out to those around you that care for you. If for any reason you don't have those people around you, call the number below.

NATIONAL SUICIDE PREVENTION LIFELINE - 1800.273.8255

THE TREVOR PROJECT is also a great resource for gay, lesbian, transgender and questioning communities dealing with suicidal thoughts as well. The number is 1866-488-7386

We all get sad. We all go through struggle. Every one of us are just humans trying to make it through this crazy experience called life, but you don't have to be alone.

Sending so much love to you guys. Please share your stories and advice you would give to someone struggling with depression in the comments below and thanks again for listening to my story.

And remember, YOU MATTER.
