KICKSTARTER- http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/s...

Blackprints are car prints! Each of the eight cars were personally selected based on its relevance in history and pop culture. Designed by Sabrina Chun, located in San Francisco, California.

Why are we attracted to cars?

• the shape and form
• the power and performance
• the feel and sound
• as well as a myriad of other factors

However for me, it's all that and more. To me, each car has its own story; the way that a car is formed tells a lot about its personality and structure. I wanted others to be able to see what I'm seeing. I feel like each of these exposed qualities gives it its unique definition: this is what you recognize and remember, and why you are attracted to it in the first place. However, imagined seeing nothing but that. Now we can appreciate it in a different light.

I made Blackprints because I wanted to capture a car's powerful presence in a minimal and sleek design in an elegant black and white silhouette.

1. Porsche 911
2. '67 Mustang GT500
3. DeLorean DMC-12 from "Back to the Future"
4. Volkswagen Microbus
5. AC Cobra
6. Lamborghini Countach
7. Ford Model T
8. Ghostbusters Ecto-1

Each Blackprint is extremely eco-friendly! The prints are made of recycled paper and the ink and solvent is soybean-based.

Also, Blackprints are not posters; they are photography-quality prints.

Every Blackprint design will be lasered onto 80lb card stock with a matte finish.

Thank you so much for supporting the arts and for supporting my project!
