Parallel grip pulldowns
WU 75 x 10, 100 x 8
130 x 5, 150 x 5, 165 x 5, 185 x 5, 200 x 5, 215 x 5; drop to 165 x 5

The last set was a drop set. It took me three workouts to get my reps in on the last set. Now that I have finally done it I am going to move to wide grip front pulldowns for a bit.

Seated dumbell press
WU 30 x 8, 40 x 5
55 x 5, 60 x 5, 70 x 5, 80 x 5, 85 x 4, 90 x 4

Second to last set was a bit rough. The last couple weeks these have been tough. I haven't made it to the fifth and six sets. This was my first run with the 90s. We will see how it goes next time.
