Warming up reduces the chance of getting injured during play. It is an important part of playing any sport and bike polo is no different. Your legs may be warm from riding to the courts but stretching them is still important.

Rather than making Benji do an aerobics routine, we just wanted to identify the key areas of your body that you should focus on when preparing to play.
