hey!
I've had a lot of keepers asking for what they can do while training without any other help. Goalkeepers need to be fit mentally and physically. Start with focusing on the abdomen, keepers need their abs to be ripped and it doesn't hurt to look nice and fit.

Next, we move up to working on our legs and shuffling. Make sure you are giving each and everyone of these drills with %100 effort.
