About the webinar:
Only three in twenty business improvement projects succeed. It's not surprising. The business improvement project will be atypical of the projects delivered in your company. It will struggle to compete against projects that deliver core business and it will be highly complex.

To succeed, the management approach will need to continually evolve as the project progresses. What works today will be stale tomorrow. This presentation is aimed at project and line managers tasked with managing process improvement. It is highly practical and contains advice that attendees can take away and try in their organisations.

Speaker Profile:
This webinar is presented by Graham Dick of Lamri. Graham has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, of which 12 years have been spent in process improvement.

Graham is a co-founder of Lamri a business that has focused on enabling customers to achieve sustained benefits from process improvement. Graham has had the privilege of working with focused startups and also some of the world’s largest and most complex organisations. Lamri has stubbornly worked with CMMI and Agile for over 10 years, over a period of time when it was not fashionable for the Agile community to consider process and the CMMI community did not take Agile seriously enough.
