Hands Down
That cop was pretty reserved, considering that "girl" was resisting and was being a fucking idiot.
Bob Marley
If she would stop fucking resisting he wouldn't have to do that shit.

Age and gender do not matter when committing a crime (resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, breach of peace, and obstructing a peace officer) the officer used all proper means of force according to the use of force guidelines and this is fact and there is no arguing it. If you work in law enforcement then you understand that proper use of force was administered if you disagree you simply don't work in le, never have, and don't know what your talking about. She was passively resisting, he used subduing techniques of the wrist, when that failed he used a palm strike, when that means of force failed he went to the next means of force (oc chemical propellant), no means of force would've been used if she complied with the officers lawful orders. Say what you want, in your opinion he may have not of acted according, but according to the books and policies he acted 100% accordingly and could have even deployed his taser when she started "actively" resisting

yea this isnt abuse of power at all what so ever. she resisted no matter what the case may be. if an officer has you in the position she was in and asks you to put your hand behind your back you do it .

Nothing wrong with this cop. He didn't punch her... He bumped her shoulder to try to startle her to surrender... Her head was not hit as you can see that it didn't move out of the ordinary. Yup it moved with the rest of her body and the placement of his hand wasn't on her shoulder... She deserved pepper sprayed and as a matter of fact this cop had a lot of restraint because she physically and legally could have broken her arm easily to get the in the cuffs. Don't agree? You're an idiot if you don't.

Bullshit, this isnt abuse of power. That bitch wouldn't listen to orders after how many times being warned? She deserves all that.

For all you piggies, pain has never and will never cause compliance it causes survival instincts like squirming and trying to escape... Most cops are useless morons that couldn't hold down another job...

She resisted. He warned her. Then, the dumb ass bit him. The Officer did a great job at composing himself. What else was he supposed to have done. Nice job!
