Please note both Timberwolf and the Screen Capturing software are currently not hardware-accelerated. Read down for more on this.
Video showing the new Timberwolf Beta browser that was released for AmigaOS. Check out the official website: http://www.amigaos.net

This video was produced in one take, Timberwolf did not crash once. However, it did run rather slowly due to a) everything drawn is using software rendering only atm and b) the screen capturing software running in the background.

Overall I am quite pleased with this release, of course them areas that need some attention - it is a Beta release after all!

The developers have a roadmap for Timberwolf:

1) Concentrate on fixing all bugs and improve compatibility.
2) Introduce hardware rendering which will significantly increase the overall speed.

I suspect that Amiga-specific features like command line support, Arexx and making the interface, scroll bars and menus more Amiga-like will be the last thing on the agenda.

Sequence recorded using SRec.

Please note this video sequence has been shorten to improve the fluidity.
