I don't have the audacity to call myself the biggest Boondocks and Tupac fan but you best believe I am one of the biggest. One of the best shows I've ever seen in my life and one of my favorite rappers I've ever heard in my life, all in 3 vids and broadcasted 1 day after the other each starting yesterday in celebration of the show and artist. Big ups to Aaron McGruder for bringing The Boondocks to life, I've throughly enjoyed the show since it's debut and glad there's gonna be another season. The title of my whole project? Huey's Revolutionary Tale. Been working on this entire project since I started my Changes vid back in August '09 for that year's PCAs and so glad that this project is finally done. Yesterday I uploaded the first vid of this project, which showcased the nigga moments, fights, and superpowers of the characters from the show with Pac's When We Ride On Our Enemies. Today I have uploaded the second vid with another one of my favorites from Pac, Do For Love.

You know the saying, "Behind every great black man is a great black woman"? Well in this case, "Behind every great black boy is a great light-skinned girl". These youngsters have a pretty complex relationship which is almost on the same level as teenagers. Throughout the show it's obvious that Huey and Jazmine have different personalities, Huey's more critical and serious whereas Jazmine's more light-hearted and simple. These personas clash at times but most times Jazmine shows how much she cares for Huey when it comes to any situations involving his ideas and her well-being, and Huey shows how much he cares for her in his own way since she's the only person who listens wholly to him and has backed him up during his endeavors. Matter fact, it is shown throughout all the seasons that she's the only real friend he has and he does whatever it takes to defend her. They have many differences but at the same time mutual understandings after some difficult dramas. This one video took me 38 hours to edit and will go into the ups and downs of Huey's and Jazmine's relationship, how they've shaped each other, and how strong their bond is along with my own style of creating this concept. Also included is artwork from DeviantArt's talented Onikaza000, YoungLady, Jazzy-B-Real13. Be sure to check them out. Hope all The Boondocks/Tupac fans, those in between, and everyone else enjoys this vid.

Look out for the final vid of this project tomorrow on Pac's B-Day, Changes, which will go into the dramas of the many characters of the show and Huey's revolutionary and life-changing journey to make not only the black community but the whole world more peaceful and bring them out of the deadly and growing hell they're in.
