This is a series of stretches for the hips, low back, sides, and shoulders that you can do while seated in a chair. It works all the places that get achy on hoopers but it's perfect for people who have trouble sitting on the floor or who work at a desk all day and would like to do some stretches at their desk too. Enjoy!

Note: I made this specifically for Nellie's husband Rick. I hope others can benefit from it as well.
