Almost all great players throughout tennis history have spent hours practicing on backboards. But, there have always been some problems with hitting against vertical walls. The fact is that almost all tennis balls are hit with arc, so it only makes sense to practice against a backboard that also rebounds the ball back to the hitter with arc as well. This clip shows how completely different it is to practice against angled backboards as compared to straight vertical walls. http://www.oncourtoffcourt.com http://www.oncourtoffcourt.com/realis...
