Peter Nixon's mantra for success is 'The Solution is in the Dialogue'. He specializes in negotiation and his company, Potential Dialogue, helps clients achieve better results through improved negotiation, dialogue and conflict resolution. Peter supports current and future leaders by improving their decisions personally and through the consultants, trainers and coaches he licensees. His clients over the years have included Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, JP MorganChase, Standard Chartered Bank, Swire Coca-Cola, Park & Shop, Disney, Nike and senior government officials. At TEDxHKUST, Peter is going to share examples of his work and his passion to see dialogue training extended to schools and organisations globally.
